Here are some simple solutions to try
- Try turning off the Wi-Fi on your device then re-enabling it. Alternatively, unplugging the modem and plugging it back in 30 seconds later.
- If that doesn’t help, or the problem re-occurs, consider deleting your current network from the list of saved networks on your device, then re-connecting again.
- Last, should this all fail, try rebooting your device.
If there are still problems please try contacting your ISP. It might be an issue with your service rather than your device.
If the problem still persists try reinstalling the network driver.
How to reinstall drivers
Step 1: Right click the start button.
Step 2: Select Device manager.
Step 3: Get into Network adapters and right-click Intel(R) dual-band wireless AC.
Step 4: Select Uninstall device.
Step 5: You will get a confirmation dialogue. Click OK to accept. Your wi-fi drivers are now uninstalled.
Step 6: Click the Update Driver button to install a fresh copy of them.
Step 7: Let Windows automatically search for the best match in its online database. Click Close to end the operation.
Step 8: Restart the device and check if it works now.
